SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text message communications between Servpro Team Leavens ("we," "us," or "our") and individuals who communicate with us by SMS or MMS text message.

By opting in to or otherwise participating in text message communications with us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. SMS Program Description

Our text messaging service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and our employees.

Messages may relate to customer service, scheduling, appointments, project or service discussions, requests for information, follow-up communications, or other conversations initiated by you or one of our employees.

This service is not used for bulk or automated marketing messages.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may consent to receive text messages from us by providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to communicate with us by text message, by initiating a text conversation with us, or through another disclosed opt-in method.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on the nature and duration of your conversation with our employees.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a separate fee for sending or receiving messages through our SMS service. Your wireless carrier may charge you according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Other supported opt-out commands may include QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages from that number unless you subsequently opt in again.

You may reply START to resume receiving messages where supported.

6. Help and Support

For assistance with our text messaging service, reply HELP to the number from which you received a message.

7. Privacy

We use information provided through our text messaging service to communicate with you and provide our services. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Message Delivery

Wireless carriers and telecommunications providers control portions of the network used to transmit SMS and MMS messages. We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Supported Carriers and Devices

Your ability to send or receive SMS or MMS messages depends on your mobile device, wireless carrier, service plan, coverage, and other factors outside of our control. Not all features may be available on all devices or networks.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
